As a Morning/Afternoon Team Member, you’ll be part of the team that keeps the restaurant moving during the heart of our day. You’ll welcome guests, serve great food, work alongside an energetic team, and help create the kind of experience that keeps people coming back.

What You’ll Do
Keep the Day Moving
- Help keep the restaurant running smoothly during daily operations.
- Serve guests at the Front Counter, Drive-Thru, and Dining Room.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Keep your area clean, organized, stocked, and ready for guests.
- Work with urgency while maintaining high standards for hospitality and accuracy.
- Jump in wherever you’re needed to help the team succeed.
Create an Exceptional Guest Experience
- Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and a positive attitude.
- Provide Second Mile Service to both guests and Team Members.
- Look for opportunities to make someone's day better.
- Represent our restaurant vision in every interaction.
- Help create an environment where guests feel valued and cared for.
Be a Great Teammate
- Communicate and collaborate with Team Members and Leaders.

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, works hard, and enjoys being around people.
The ideal candidate is:
- 16+ and available primarily during morning and afternoon hours.
- Someone looking for a strong daytime work opportunity.
- 6 am–5 PM availability is preferred.
- Reliable, dependable, and committed to showing up ready to work.
- Energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Friendly, positive, polite, and organized.
- A strong team player who enjoys working with others.
- Willing and eager to learn new skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with Team Members and Leaders.
- Someone who takes initiative and can be trusted to get the job done.
- Passionate about serving others and creating an excellent guest experience.
No previous restaurant experience? No problem. We’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Compensation: $16.94 - $17.50 per hour
