Chick-fil-A North Haven is seeking enthusiastic and service-focused individuals to join our team as Front of House & Drive-Thru Specialists. In this hybrid role, you will be cross-trained to provide exceptional guest service both inside the restaurant and in the drive-thru. You’ll help create memorable guest experiences through friendly interactions, order accuracy, cleanliness, and a commitment to hospitality — all while upholding the values Chick-fil-A is known for.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and serve guests in the dining room, front counter, and drive-thru
- Take and confirm accurate guest orders using POS systems
- Deliver food with speed, accuracy, and a genuine smile
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area, drink stations, and drive-thru lanes
- Ensure a high standard of food safety and sanitation at all times
- Assist with restocking, prep, and daily opening/closing duties
- Work outside in drive-thru lanes in varying weather conditions (with proper gear provided)
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to ensure smooth operations
- Demonstrate a guest-first attitude and commitment to teamwork
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Availability must extend to 10:45 PM at least two times a week
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Available to work on Saturdays
- Reliable, punctual, and coachable
- Energetic, positive, and service-oriented personality
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus (but not required)
