We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Facilities Specialist to join our team! This role is essential to our daily operations — from receiving morning deliveries and maintaining our kitchen equipment, to keeping our restaurant clean and running at its best. What You’ll Do
- Receive and unpack morning truck deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO methods.
- Perform routine maintenance and upkeep on fryers and other restaurant equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the entire facility.
- Support the team with additional operational needs as they arise.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of restaurant experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
- Must be available to work the early morning shift (5:00 AM – 1:00 PM).
Preferred Experience
- Prior hands-on experience working with fryers and other commercial restaurant equipment.
