Chick-fil-A North Haven is looking for energetic and hardworking team members to work in our kitchen, or Heart of the House (HOH). At Chick-fil-A, our Operators consider their team members to be more than just employees, they are a highly valued part of each Chick-fil-A restaurant. Our high retention rate is proof that team members really enjoy working at Chick-fil-A. Ideal candidates will have kitchen experience, or relevant experience working in a fast-paced environment. They will also have an upbeat, positive attitude and be interested in professional and personal growth!

Salary: $13.00 to $16.00 /hour

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

General Responsibilities:

Team members learn and work multiple positions within the kitchen, to include breading chicken, assembling sandwiches, and prep work
Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards
Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic and tidy, at all times
Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Manager on Duty or Kitchen Supervisor
Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training to include annual re-certification
Always adhere to all company policies and procedures
Be involved and contribute at team meetings
Carry out instructions given by the management team and operator
Comply with all Chick-fil-A North Haven rules and regulations to promote a safe and productive work atmosphere as laid out in the Handbook

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old to apply
Must be available to work on Saturdays
Must be able to work until 8:00 PM
Understand the expectation of Chick-fil-A customer service standards and operational excellence
Past kitchen experience is a plus
Spanish-speaking is a plus
